service by the pool, especially a young lad called fin who really went out of his way

the facilities and outdoor pool are fabulous.

the shower was powerful and the outdoor pool was such a perfect temperature

the inside pool.was not warm

weren't able to use the pool as the ph levels were off

should have a preprinted map of the area and more information about how to get to other places eg poole

the outdoor pool / sauna and steam room were not working which was a huge shame

really needs an indoor pool

i didn't use a swimming pool because swimming pool it is open from 01

the pool when open in the summer is phenomenal and again very well maintained with plenty of sun

we didn’t use the swimming pool or the dining area but it looked very welcoming

the pool was too cold to go in but due to covid this was understandable

staff were friendly the facilities were great the pool facilities

fantastic hotel. service and entertainment was superb. pool a highlight with the family.

we couldn t keep the window open and don t think it s fair the other hotels could us our pool and sun beds when we paid more than them to say

the hotel and swimming pool was super lush. the staff were amazing and it was perfect

had to go next hotel for indoor swimming pool and was freezing
