a special thank you to the man who looks after the pool to heat it up

i didn't hit the jackpot at the slot machines. the exercise room was closed, no pool.

the gift we were given as hilton honors members was cheesy, waters are free throughout the casino and hotel and that's what our perk was, 2 small bottles of water

motel was wonderful with a large pool area and views of the mountains

access to pool was also awesome and it was very close to all the shopping and food

(-)pool had a lot of bugs/leaves b/c of the tree. possibly cleaning it more often would be nice. (+) we didn't use all the facility (pool, spa, workout room) but it all seemed nice

room service was a little slow, and our shower didn't work well - stuck on scalding!

don't like resort fees, but the posada includes shuttle service within 2 miles morning til 10 pm

we had some appetizers ans amazing drinks in the main bar and the staff was such a delight, making the stay much more

of covid situation, pool and spa were closed, everything ese was perfect, professional, staff was the best

loved everything but if we could have a few wishes we would love to have an indoor swimming pool, sauna and a steam room available for guests
