on second day i called to find out hours of operation for pool and was informed pool had been closed for two years

conditioning was broken, roaches in room, pool was closed, toilets barely flushed, door were left

i booked this hotel because it was supposed to have a pool. the pool was out of service.
i wish there was an indoor pool
everything was good. don't know about the pool because we didn't go swimming.
i will add i rated the pic part fair cuz the pic of pool and rooms shown werent what i seen at this place but dont get ne wrong this is a good hotel
