5 minutes from the biotopo de quetzal, the facilities were beautiful, with a nice pool, places to sit outside, bonus waterfall trail

didn't use it but there was a good size pool.

the pool hasn't been cleaned in a while but with the cooler temperatures, we didn't feel a need to swim

if the weather had been better we would have enjoyed sitting outside by the pool

also the pool are was neglected, all that area was dirty, we understand that the pandemic situation has hit

we enjoyed everything from the pool and temazcal (mayan sauna)to the german touch in the restaurant's menu and polite and (-) i need prosthetic job on my knees so i found the steep trails from parking lot/restaurant/pool a little difficult (+) i loved the open plan gym, the pool and visiting the deers (+)were gorgeous, from the view off our balcony to walking through the garden, to lounging by the pool (+)beautifully decorated, the view is amazing, so many amenities that make the place really special (pool, orquids, plants, jacuzzi, tejmazcal, deer) (+)gardens, pool, food (+) you can enjoy the temazcal (steam room), the pool, gym or get a massage
