there was a pool, basketball court, tennis court and area to barbecue with tables and chairs

was very well kept, exterior was nicely manicured, great bbq area, very nice pool, all & all was like a mini resort in middle of malvern, pa

the outside pool was a huge value for us traveling for summer lacrosse so the girls could enjoy some swim time

i took advantage of the pool and it was very clean and refreshing and private
