grandkids loved the pool
noise from the pool area was pretty loud, next time we will request a lakeside room and 4th floor due to kids
location was perfect. the hotel was extremely clean. loved the indoor pool.

mold smell in the hallway next to the pool area rest of hotel smelled and looked clean
the pool being open 24hrs and the front desk girls were so nice!

we didn’t use the pool or hot tub - both are indoors; looks nice & lots of guests were enjoying it
very quiet, comfortable beds, pool was not overly warm.
we also used the pool and hot tub and were totally satisfied with both
ground level. close to pool. table and chairs for eating.

properly,the advertised continental breakfast was at a hotel a couple of doors down the road,the pool was at a different hotel

we had to go home! the indoor outdoor pool was cold but it is that time of the year!
we were under the impression the pool was open.. and we weren't given any extra toilet paper.

was right but the room was small and only had one towel and 1 wash cloth etc couldn't tell if pool was running just look vancant
the pool & hot tub. location close to mackinaw island ferry dock.
hot tub was closed only 1 pool indoor to use but the chlorine smell was so strong couldn't be in there more than 30 mins
pool was down, and an odd odor in room but manageable.
the indoor heated pool wasn't very warm.

fact that the outside pool wasn’t ready and you have to go two hotels down to check in or if you need anything
no clean towels in pool or hot tub areas, even though another guest had asked
pool was being filled with water so we did not use it.
advertisement said heated pool, that was my only disappointment
