liked the pool, the complimentary breakfast, and the convenience of the hotel near the shopping center,

i missed the pool being open.

new person at front desk that wasn't doing their job, they had maintenance people cleaning rooms, pool was not open it was 86° out all week no pool i had to ask to see if anyone else's pool was
