the pool wasn’t open

location of the pool, our room was adjacent to it and it gets very noisy when someone is trying to go to sleep

all night but the front desk gave us a late check out so we could rest more they opened up the pool for us and we really enjoyed our time until checkout staff was super friendly and professional

the pool was very cold and made my daughter break out in hives due to so much chlorine.
