beautiful pool

the property was great, the pool, sport facilities, common areas, all great!

we love our room very close to the pool and the restaurant, breakfast was delicious love it!

our checkout time by one hour upon request and allowed us to use the facilities including the pool even after checkout

really dark at night where the pool and stuff were.

oh and pool was a plus

the pool lounge chairs were zip tied so we couldn't move them to be in the sun.

it is located near the lake and boating. it has a swimming pool which is nice on hot summer days

the pool was well maintained, but i hadn't checked out the rest of the property

unfortunately the pool was not in service and we specifically picked this location for the

1st floor with sliding glass door to the pool and parking was very convenient

hotel up-graded us which was very nice of them and we had a view of the pool and the hotel was so close to big bear village, which was a bonus for us

the floors were wet from people from the pool and lobby bathroom was not clean
