felt that there was not enough staff to run the bar or restaurant as the ones there were run off their feet

the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well, breakfast was ample and fresh, parking included

the gym had broken equipment and not much of it.

gays in the reception helped with all our questions and was super friendly) amazing spa and pool, water in jacuzzi can be a bit more hot, but it s still good

we used the indoor pool and hot tub which were nice though closes at 8pm

i liked the pool and the breakfast with a view of the volcano

it would have been nice to have the pool facilities open later.
