outdoor pool was warm and big fluffy robes provided once you emerged into the cold

bit dark going across from the main building to the bedroom building round the pool

outdoor pool location view and breakfast staff were brilliant and friendly

at a 5 star hotel, it's nice if mom can sit in a hot tub near the pool, but the only outdoor hot tub they offer is an expensive party space you have to rent by the

enjoyed the meals, the pool, and the lovely common areas

staff were fantastic and the spa/pool is fabulous

the pool could have been a little warmer! felt a little too cold to swim in for long.

the c-spa is also great and it too has an amazing view from the indoor pool

is 3:30-5:00 pm only and mornings 8-11 am)

pool was a little dirty but at least it was heated

spa facilities were good, however i don't think we realised that the pool was unheated till we got there

outdoor pool could have been in operation, but we were only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal

the grounds of the hotel are lovely and you can use the pool (although freezing) and hot tub for free

the plunge pool was out of action

if it was slightly less damp weather we would have taken advantage of the sauna and plunge pool next to the room
