we loved soaking in the heated pool after a long day on the slopes

the drink prices at the pool were a little wild.

parking was easy and secure, and the amenities (whirlpool, sauna, pools) all fantastic

although i appreciate maintaining beautiful grounds and amenities, the repair of concrete in the pool and outdoor game areas both interfered with the peacefulness of the area and our ability to

beaver run with the entertainment available for kids (my son loved playing table tennis) and the pool and hot tubs over looking the snow was amazing

our unit had 2 balconies with view of mountains and pool/spa area that people were actually using in the freezing cold

resort fee is excessive ($--- on an $--- booking), and i didn't even use the pool, spa, etc etc

hair dryer broken, pool out of service due to maintenance, water being shut off in the entire building for maintenance

we were disappointed that the pool was closed and the hot tub was small and being utilized the times we tried to go
