family house however this day my room wasn't ready until 7:00pm and on top of that i was by the pool area and some lady i believed that do drugs just walked in my roo

staff was really nice, and they let me check out late so my son could enjoy the pool a little extra

they wouldn't give us access to the pool area while we waited so we were in the lobby for over 2 hours
