spa and pool facilities really good

plus always meet lovely locals in the pool and jacuzzi area who give tips of places to dine and visit

we had a very good stay and enjoyed using the pool and spa area as well added bonus

restaurant harbar on the 6th, the room and balcony , the pool spa and mud rasul and also the rose petals and the balloons being set

could have been a little bit better, but overall was nice, just don't expect big facilities, the pool is fairly small, but they do have a steam room & a sauna room, plus optional treatment rooms

hotel was lovely only little things i would say are that the wifi didn't reach our room and the pool was a little cold

the fire alarm going off when we were in pool in the evening & then again at 740am!

indoor pool jets and indoor hot tub facilities were not working properly and the pool was a bit tired

a criticism, just a personal thought, that as sadly we could only check in later, swimming pool closes at 9pm, shame not able to open slightly later as a swim before bed and after dinner

thing that we didn t like is having to book for meal times and if you want to use the swimming pool and gym

shower was not very powerful in our bedroom and showers out of order in the pool on occasions.

the jacuzzi was perfect temperature hot . and the pool was warm

there are 2 saunas, nice pool, lovely hot tubs and steamroom

the children would of stayed in the heated swimming pool all day if she'd let them

how quite in the garden was and the facilities (indoor/ outdoor pool) (+)liked the pool and sauna (-)a regular swimmer and the pool is too small to really swim in (+)a group of 12 with 4 young children nothing was too much trouble, the kids loved the swimming pool & the tree house (+) the grounds and gardens were beautiful, the heated outdoor pool was bliss and the evenings stay was extremely relaxed (+)staff and friendly atmosphere, shame the pool was cold due to recent repairs, great for new forest walks (+) the swimming pool was really welcome to relax in on a hot day (+)relaxing stay - private and secluded outside swimming pool , we looked around tennis court and inside leisure centre (+)everything.the swimming pool was fab the bed was big and very comfy.

there's a walk you can do straight onto the forest from the hotel which the kids enjoyed especially seeing all the wild horses

family suite was so comfy treats left on the beds for the kids fantastic facilities and the staff were all so friendly will definitely come again thank you
