i had to ask (twice) to have the pool and spa opened in he morning. but the staff apologized.
everything except price, pool and hot tub was awesome relaxing

the pool is tiny, four feet deep throughout - not worth saying that they have a pool

the swimming pool was very tiny and the spa was completely closed.
i asked for extra towels for room staff was more than happy to provide also my children loved the pool
