room was spacious for me, my husband and 3 grandkids..kids loved the pool

pool was a little chilly but we got checked in late and the clerk kept it open for us

(+)location, hotel does have a pool,and outdoor fire pit for relaxing. and the staff is amazing. (-)the pool was a bit unclean and needs maintained better (+) the pool was nice except maybe too much clhorine it was like salt water (+) their pool was working and they are serving breakfast again (+)liked the fact that there was a starbucks in the lobby.also liked the pool. (+) pool and exercise room were nice amenities (-)issue but pool seemed to have a lot of chemical in it (+)friendly staff 1st floor close to pool and office was very nice and kid friendly

hotel is nice and clean and typically quiet but there are definitely times when there are kids are running around

for my room ivhad to wait 2 days for the refund in the middle of my house renovation so when my 3 kids and i checked out and realizes i was charged again i called cause i then had no funds for new
