it was hot in pool area

the echo in the swimming pool room was so loud and annoying

great location to many different activities, along with a great pool.

swimming pool was closed and that bothered me a little bit but the staff really did make up for any flaws

we were expecting to use the pool but it was closed for some reason. not sure why.

kids loved the indoor pool

are nice & comfortable even for a family of 5 the breakfast is awesome the staff is helpful & the pool & spa are awesome next time we visit we plan on staying here

didn't know there was renovation going on at the pool and workout room

downstairs lobby/pool area felt very muggy, but other than that everything else felt exceptional

it was too bad that the pool was not open.

i didn’t like how there was poop smearing in the pool.

the only issue, the pool railing to support getting in & out of the pool was very loose & dangerous

due to covid lack of pool maybe? but no complaints. love it here

the pool indoors had a strong chlorine odor. prefer an outdoor pool but not terrible.
