our room was right by the pool, another plus

also the pool needs to be heated so we are able to swim longer and be so cold

pool was not clean. green color. too many kids.

damn kids were throwing an avacado in the pool. staff handled it amazing though.

no bath-mat provided so we had to use a towel we got from the pool for that (not enough there either, especially by the late night)

i wasn't informed that the pool heater was out also the morning shifts front desk lady was very rude and argumentative

nothing except horse play by other customers at the pool prevented us from enjoying it

we enjoyed the pool, work-out room, laundry and special meeting room for family reunion

indoor pool was very tiny, but overall hotel was great

like all the variety of breakfast you guys had and i also like that your pool is open so late and as well as early opening too my family had a great stay
