the pool and the views are beautiful

very modern, new, open, spacious and wellkept facilities. the pool swimup bars are a must.

lots of guests but it felt relaxed and calm, plenty of sun beds and room either by the huge pools or on the beach

if anything i would say they need a closer bathroom to the main pool.

also we were disappointed that all pools close at 6:30pm when we noticed that at xacaret mexico some children were still in pools much

pool closes too early 8 pm and not that many good snacks in rooms for being all inclusive.

and shops nearby, host was great and helpful, new furnishings and clean, very big sized bed, pool etc, wifi strong and

place to stay, easy to find, right on the main road to playa del carmen, they have a nice pool, comfortable enough to rest and sleep, safe place to stay

the staff is very friendly also nice with the small pool

in room 5 was really bad pretty well useless,room 5 is stuck in a corner, common sitting area by pool could use a big make over to make it a bit more useful and appealing

dingy, dirty floors that were not cleaned adequately and cigarette butts & clutter around the pool

pool is to shallow for adult use. entertainment staff, food and service is a top notch.
