advertised for an indoor pool, wasn't available, very upset 4 year old

the pool area is nice and well kept, and the breakfast is good with plenty to choose from

pool not in service. carpet worn bathroom not clean faucet dripping. needs updating

pool was not working. had to be moved rooms due to window locks not working and a gap in window.

working on christmas, he had a great attitude, answered all my questions and even suggested the pool, which my girls and i absolutely loved

well, we paid for a hotel with a pool and it wasn't in service for our entire stay.
