the heated pool was an unexpected treat that we used when it was too chilly outside

the surroundings are beautiful, right by the river, and the outdoor pool is wonderful with an infinity pool

only gripe is that the swimming pool and plunge pools are not heated, so in early september i found them too cold for me to enjoy

a magnificent view of the douro river from our room and private, tree shaded patio with a little pool to cool off in

the hot tub , the private pool, the picnic on our terrace, the immediate attention from the staff, the watersports, the views

rooms have a river view which is incredible and if that's not enough there's a top floor infinity pool with the best view of the house
