disappointed that we could not get a slot for the pool

redecoration in some areas ie grouting in bathroom , painting in swimming pool area,however would hope to think this is slowly being addressed

lovely staff, nice food, comfortable rooms, spa facilities need some attention, sauna was ok, pool was nice, hot tub ok, steam room didn't appear to be working, showers fine, lockers were a bit

access to the pool on day of departure does not leave much time to enjoy the pool

pool could do with being bigger for children and professional lane swimmers to have separate space

was brilliant, we used the pool and steam room this time too and were not disappointed by it all

facilities are second to none, huge cinema style tvs and pool and gym amaxzing

grand hotel, has indoor pool & gym, but i didn't get chance to use these, maybe in my next stay

dietary restrictions, and very patient with our wild irish kids from reception, to restaurant to pool all staff were very nice
