to charge a resort fee even tho pool was closed and we didn t use anything else

staff didn t come back to activity requests besides reminding them, pool was not heated in winter

they lost our lunch order at the pool

no access to the warm outside pool.

i liked that it was close to a lot of shops/stores and that there was a pool!

said pool was a bit green and walls were slimy
