(+) -the heated indoor pool stunning -the onsite restaurants -the warm greetings everywhere you go -if you have club (+) the pool was amazing (+) extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond especially francisco at reception, the lovely pool staff and daniel at the entrance who was super helpful with all the taxis and luggage (+) the pool is an amazing experience as well (+)property with lovely staff - gorgeous pool and the rooms are beautiful and clean with views that can t be beat (+) i enjoyed the spacious room, the comfortable bed, the beautiful view of the city, the pool, the rooftop bar, the location, yet the best was the staff (+) the hotel gym and pool are great, and the breakfast is one of the best i've had at a hotel (-)the bad shape of the tiles on the pool, there are some wires exposed!

laundry service was super fast and i had every delivered in a single day

edward (downstairs helped us every morning with the uber) , sweety (front desk), leti (the spa amazing) and many mores that i can t recall the (-)garden or green patio area spa waiting area is not up to par spa ambient music and lighting are not (+)the installations are great, my favorite spot is the spa and the rooftop. (*) love my spa staff diego, xochitl, leticia, ana, sara and laura from club milesme with helping me navigate (*) from the complimentary upgrade to the spotlessly clean and spacious rooms, every aspect of our experience was top-notch (-)the spa service or facility could be only opportunity for improvement (+) we also enjoyed the spa and its services
