there are laundry facilities and a pool/spa, although the opening hours are limited

parts of the hotel are also under renovation, but we didn't plan to use the restaurant or pool, so it didn't impact our stay

i think the one complaint i may share is the pool was very cold so i did not enjoy that part of my stay
