very good facilities including leisure/pool area

we were unable to use the pool as it was booked up

used the pool each morning we stayed and had good service in the bar

loved the pool and sauna

and pool great; all the staff fantastic from reception/ check in, spa and breakfast

we drifted between the pool and steam room, then floated out of our treatments feeling brand new

relaxing location & grounds. excellent pool & spa facilities.

love this hotel but latterly the sauna and steam room was not working and i go there for that the pool is loverly the staff very helpful kind the ladies at the front desk are amazing the chinese

the gothic looking hotel has wonderful spaces for relaxing and there was even a small swimming pool with steam and dry sauna which was great in a nearby setting staff very friendly and helpfull
