pool/hot tub not very clean and no towels

the pool closes at 10 but the gym is open till 12

breakfast was great , staff were amazing and we loved the indoor pool . great stay .

here were a family that were completely rude and hostile to my daughter and myself in the pool

shuttle run to and from airport was allowed to sit around pool and wait for time to lapse, the pool is secured gated area

no services were mentioned at check in like laundry, pool, food
