staffs were so friendly and so nice. the hotel and pool were amazing.

they were cleaning the dirt around the pool while we were in it

stayed the weekend of the ice storm it wasn't a normal weekend (no electricity, no access to the pool and limited breakfast)

because our mother who was living at the alexander had just passed away, we were looking for a pool, a good bed and a quiet evening, we got all of that

no hot tub in swimming pool area and pool water could be a tad warmer
