unfortunately, on this ocassion we diden't use pool or gym, but it all looked good

pool changing room floor wasn't very clean hotel receptionist didn't tell me to take a towel from

swimming pool changing area wasn’t clean and it was very busy to try and get a changing room etc

an email few days after booking that the swimming pool and sauna would be closed during our stay due to refurbishment

the only other problem we had was the snooker room only had 1 pool cue to use with no chalk lol

made good use of the pool, especially first thing in the morning when there was no one else up

good leisure facility s with lovely pool

the staff are friendly the pool is amazing

the leisure facility had a good sized pool a warm jacuzzi, steam room and sauna

we had a very good sleep, enjoyed spa, sauna, swimming pool was not crowded, very calming and relaxing

gym restaurant cafe swimming pool staff were amazing bus stop to city and other locations brilliant

hotel, great location - just across the train station, very helpful staff, nice swimming pool, big a comfortable

pool was lovely and quiet we were the only ones in it when we went three times

the swimming pool was quiet and perfect for an afternoon with the kids

i even got a room with bath tube as requested

pool was shut for maintenance but was given a complimentary room upgrade so no complaints at all
