pool was not working and was not told this when we made reservations

smell the climate…a/c not working well didn’t know about no breakfast or no pool until we walked

told until after booking, that pool and hot tub were closed

like a muffin or fruit or granola bar or something to offer their guests as they leave since the pool and athletic room are closed due to covid-19
