the hotel is on university site bus stop gym pool cinema restaurant and wallace monument all right on the doorstep it could not be more perfect

sports centre and pool were excellent but were a bit away from the hotel so no wondering downstairs before breakfast

to covid restrictions no facilities available would have liked to use the swimming pool but appreciate due to restrictions this was not

pool facilities tired & in need of refurb. real shame as hotel was excellent.
