hotel is very traditional but it also mixes some modern aspects; the spa facilities are just brilliant

i had a great treatment at the spa from sadie and molly on reception was so helpful and polite a real credit to the hotel

i liked the hotel itself, the room, cleanliness, the spa area is great

spa had limited bookings, you need to book in advance and there was no access to the hydro pool/ sauna without an additional payment of 25 per person per day

the spa is well worth a visit nice relaxing and chilled with a massive massage pool with amazing views

our room was also directly off the resident lounge where there was a pool table in a small room situated immediately outside our door

have been nice if the kids were allowed to use the indoor pool, at least for a couple of hours at some point of the day

the pool area is only open for babies from 8-10am which is the same time as breakfast and there's an

i was really nitpicking i would say that the room was a bit too hot and the main pool could have been a bit warmer
