pool area was busy but never felt crowded

pool area is lovely and very relaxing

there were several pools: outdoor pool and heated indoor pool at the main building and one more outdoor at another

i love the layout of the two hotels and particularly liked the quiet pool by the boutique hotel outside the spa

we enjoyed everything about our stay, although we did notice that the indoor pool is only accessible to kids from 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00

girls aged 5 and 7 loved the atlantic pool, playground and kids club

only disappointing part of our trip was the closure of the main pool area due to the time of year we were travelling

not fault the hotel, but thought the pool bottom (pool hangout) needs to be less abrasive

pool in the spa was cold and the area around it needed to be clean as there was mold on the tiles

a bit more promptness is service around the pool restaurant and breakfast
