get to use the pool, but not the properties fault, new covid policies make getting an appointment nearly

the pool was closed due to covid19

water slide is quite close to the shallow end leaving little room for children to play and the pool was quite cold

place for families however if you have small children bring a life jacket as the pool is quite deep

the whole facility was very clean with many convenient amenities, including great gym, small pool and an outdoor hot tub facing the mountains

never we had towels for pool

kind staff allowed us to check in earlier. excellent outdoor hot tub and pleasant indoor pool

friendly staff, walkable to many restaurants and shops, bonuses included coffee, hot tub, sauna & pool - what more could you ask for

the pool slide was excellent and fun for adults too

large apartment with amazing views of the mountains. my son loved the pool, slide and hot tub.

were prompt and cleaned each day we were out, the rules of the suite were very easy to follow, pool area was so fun

we didn't have enough time to use the pool or gym, so i have no idea how it was

didn t use the pool unfortunately! didn t fancy the walk in the cold

we had a very comfortable stay here and enjoyed the pool and spa

the personnel was not so friendly, and the swimming pool is really small.

the pools were awesome, they have in house bowling, movie theatre, winter sport rentals

the heated outdoor pool is amazing...especially when it s snowing! 10/19 would recommend.

a beautiful hotel in a stunning location - the outdoor pool was out of this world

for indoors wood fire, free bus pass to downtown, kitchen was fully equipped pool is small, second bedroom is right be the door so everyone walks through it to

need to out in the snow in order to go to the pool and no hot tub beside the pool

tho the pool was done for maintenance we got access to 5 other properties and there pools

room was big and had a fridge, beautiful lobby and pool area and the front desk staff were very

if you were to arrive late at night they have 24/7 coffee and tea available at the main lobby the pool was great as well as the hot tube located right on the main street within a 5 min walk to

the jacuzzi and pool were wonderful as well

the hot tub pool on the roof was in a beautiful setting that was very relaxing for apres skiing
