(-)ants in the room, slow service by the pool, and the salt water pool had too much salt. (+)staff was great, especially next to the pool (+)every thing was good from the desk staff til mamadou in the pool.

a special thank to loubna ( housekeeping) and mouhsine ( swimming pool) for taking care of us our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the (+)really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights, very recommended, they have daily sport activities and also kids corner (-)activities for kids (+)managed to handle the pandemic thing: distanciation in the pool, in the open air activities for kids, the restaurants (-)a pleasant walk or may be for fishing but not suitable at all for swimming or sandcastle fun with kids 2/ wifi signal: great in the rooms and restaurants, low by the (+)there they settle you and get you towels and would also provide swimming aids for toddlers and kids who cannot swim independently (-)more animation for kids, propose sport activities other options for restaurants (+)pools and selection of restaurants (i would only recommend folie) nice activities for the kids, and play ground (+)the pool area and kids club were great. (-) difficult to entertain kids as there are no activities

hotel is squeaky clean and newly renovated, sound insulation in the room was impeccable, generous pool and fitness room with modern training equipment open 24/7

chose this facility for indoor pool but it was not functional during our stay

breakfast buffet was good with a smooth decent coffee that for once doesn't rip your tonsils out
