kids loved the pool. kids happy mommy happy. got a late checkout when asked.

hotel is under renovations. pool room was so hot, thermostat said 92 degrees.

i didn't like the pool area being so small but really can't change that.

windows at the pool are always open and i'm sensitive to cigarette smoke so whenever someone is standing outside

the pool itself was really cold, the room was heated which helped but the pools heater i think was on

when i pay there high charge over 200 per night i expect free water bottles in room the inside pool was cold and the staff need to jump into the pool to tell customers what is cold or warm

the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.

checked me in seem to have a slight attitude… she didn’t say anything about breakfast, gym, pool or anything… other than that most of the staff seem friendly

the water in the pool was cloudy. rest of hotel was clean.

i was surprised that the pool was only 4’9” at its deepest.

the fact our key didn't open the pool door we had to ask the front desk to access the pool.
