(too busy on their phones or something) also a bit disappointed that the pool was closed (+) pool is perfect for my granddaughter to play in (+)indoor pool (+)the indoor pool (-)the pool close to early (-)is a pool rule that a person needs to shower before entering the pool, but there is no shower at the (-)not that i did not like just sucks that indoor pool was closed for remodeling, which is why i rated an 8 other than that, it was a great stay (+)price indoor pool (-)pool was cold. (-)they allowed a kids birthday party in the pool area and we never got to relax in pool or hot tub because kids were running around like crazy

i had to ask for room service to clean and bring towels for a 6 day stay.
