great pool with sauna & steam, excellent food.

friendly & efficient, leisure facilities were excellent with towels provided for use with spa and pool activities

there was some construction work underway outside to upgrade the spa and pool area, it didn t negatively impact our stay

no hot tub in spa and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy pool is an extra cost of 25 per person.

not soundproofed; water not hot; cobwebs in bathroom; no mini bar; no room service; mattress too soft; crumpled dressing gowns; no clear info on car parks; their sister

tv was too big for the room i had evening meal room service but had to juggle the furniture around to eat the room in general seemed too small for

veggie option for dinner poor. spa lacked a pool and jacuzzi didn't seem very clean

says in the title bridge hotel and spa, we thought there would be a pool there, but there was not

sauna and steam room very good, shame there was no jacuzzi or pool

everything was perfect would have been even more special with a pool but not complaining as all other facilities in spa were

my son and his friends had loads of fun playing in the pool

didn t get the room we wanted and we was told that we can only stay in the pool and hot tub for an hour the hot tub was

advised only when signing into the spa that the residents are restricted to 1 hour use of the pool especially when families only get a 2 hour time slot

location and building are absolutely stunning, the pool area is gorgeous, especially the garden, the bar staff were great, friendly and chatty both

about using pool not very up to date

it would have been nice to have a bath. would have liked the swimming pool to be re-opened.

the free pool table was also a nice touch, it also had a great bar area and a lovely dining room

and has been done to a very high standard we got upgraded for free as it was my birthday the pool table in the library was an added bonus - loved it

the kitchen was not well-equipped, which was disappointing as we enjoy cooking meals when staying in

i had to clean nearly everything save the cutlery in the kitchen before it could be used, including the washing up bowl that was covered in oil

all the amenities, quality of bedding, towels etc kitchen

the kitchen was very well stocked and we were left some ice cubes to use

stayed in the pool villa which was fantastic, the space was very private and the hot tub is great

villa and pool were a bit misleading since it was a new modern cabin and hot tub.

villa was fantastic, so peaceful when sat in the spa pool, beautifully decorated brilliant interior furniture, the bathrooms were delightful too

location and view, villa with spa pool was lovely and the food in the restaurant was top notch

pool cabin was exceptional

the pool and jacuzzi in the spa was lovely

only criticism if any was that we felt the glass between the swimming pool & reception area of the spa should be frosted like the glass round the jacuzzi as more private

was large and bed comfy , staff cant do enough for you spa is free to use and no need to book, pool was great also able to get a drink brought to you whilst in the spa a really nice touch

spa was outstanding, enjoyed outdoor swim in natural pool and different steam rooms and saunas

the spa is excellent the swimming pool is superb

i especially loved the outdoor beds with sheepskins and quilts next to the natural pool
