wifi is not very good in the bedroom

very old could have phone chargers and a phone tbat worked also room service later hours

easy check in and out with none of the corporate hotel queue, hang ups or extra parking fees

we were greeted by a christmas lit building and parking close to the main entrsnce

very little for kids

the children loved the fish tanks and the swimming pool

spa bath 5* the pool lovely

it was comfortable and clean. loved the pool

we really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna i think it could do with some tlc

pool area was a little grubby.

room service was prompt and quite reasonably priced

the gothic looking hotel has wonderful spaces for relaxing and there was even a small swimming pool with steam and dry sauna which was great in a nearby setting staff very friendly and helpfull

the building was beautiful and the pool/spa was a real bonus.
