i am being super picky but the pool could have been a bit warmer.

the spa was so relaxing, with the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room

all of the staff we encountered were efficient and polite from the manager, the bar man and waiting staff in the restaurant

small grumble was the bar closed at 10pm on the sunday and we didn't finish dinner until 9:45 pm, so no time for a drink

location to and from alton towers, we didn t get a chance to use the pool as didn t arrive until 8pm and between that time it s adults only , so a little gutting as

assistance in cancelling part of a joint booking with another customer the young man in the pool was professional in dealing with a tricky swimmer

breakfast and there is a guy working at reception and the bar who is so so lovely lovely swimming pool sauna steam room all free to use will be booking

we used the pool twice and the kids loved it

the swimming pool was great and the changing facilities and showers were excellent

also the pool was stunning and the gardens where they grow their own producer the

super pool and grounds

meals were excellent and pool and sauna were first class
