i loved the pool and how nice the hotel itself looked. the room was a nice size and very cozy.

the facilities , swimming pool, sauna and steam room were a lovely treat to our stay

location to and from alton towers, we didn t get a chance to use the pool as didn t arrive until 8pm and between that time it s adults only , so a little gutting as

it was big and beautiful. we enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym .

are really helpful, great location, loved that it has a little playground and the pool so the kids were entertained

we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool at night and the following morning

the pool and spa area was very small and very little space in the changing rooms.

would be there before the check in time, they said they could store cycles and we could use the pool before check in, staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble,

the staff were all amazing. the room was superb. loved the pool.

which is an extra cost and must be booked separately, was basically a sauna, steam room, plunge pool, shower and beach hut

room overlooked the spa pool which meant we had to keep curtains and window closed

the 2 saunas and plunge pool in the spa were nice

rooms in close proximity to and overlooking spa pool this can be awkward for guests in pool and in rooms

all areas including the spa and pool were spotlessly clean and well decorated

the spa was so relaxing, with the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room

room quality was outstanding. pool and spa pool were also brilliant.

there are laundry facilities, dishwasher, oven/hob utensils etc, hairdryer, robes, slippers, toiletries all

a great welcome and excellent bar and restaurant.

everything was first class - the bar served excellent real ales

small grumble was the bar closed at 10pm on the sunday and we didn't finish dinner until 9:45 pm, so no time for a drink

the waiters, waitresses, bar staff were also brilliant

all of the staff we encountered were efficient and polite from the manager, the bar man and waiting staff in the restaurant

- the air conditioning over the swimming pool meant some of the sections of the pool were pretty cold to swim in

room was modern and liked you had an app to order room service (although we did not) (-) sugar and bottle opener in room online ordering room service didn't (+)stay - rooms well thought out and designed, outdoor bath very serene, good shower, good room service (+)lovely place to stay, very modern and clean, felt private and quiet which was great, room service/food was easy to order and tasted great (theres a useful app) (+) we ordered room service which comes from the bowling green inn which was amazing as well (+)2nd visit, food is superb, and we love the room service breakfast (+) room service was a lovely touch and the whole day/night was so relaxing the bed was extra large and (+) and thanking the staff for the room service food and drinks
