historic, quaint, quiet, 5 star dinner & breakfast

restaurant and bar were great

service, dinner, breakfast, afternoon tea

breakfast was fantastic and the innkeeper assistant was phenomenal as was everyone that worked

breakfast - main dish was different every morning and satisfying; we enjoyed the down-to-earth

the kids loved the pool and game room

the pool and whirlpool were clean, towels available in the pool room

the bottom of the pool is rough and scraped up our feet

pool and arcade were great

hotel pool was a hit with teens in our group

the pool was good size, but needed to be a bit warmer. but really, it’s a great hotel.

there were plenty of options for breakfast, and the pool area was great for families

the outdoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax

we also enjoyed the heated pool after a day of hiking

i wish the pool was indoors and year round but other than that nothing. i love it here

microwave/fridge in room, balconies & cathedral ceilings in upstairs rooms, hot tub, seasonal pool, perfect location for leaf peeping, hiking, small town/village shopping, and skiing, and it
