we had the jacuzzi and cold pool after a hiking the cocora valley and it was very pleasant

the convenience of covered/secure parking was good

quite difficult to get the correct wifi password. despite having printed, they didn't match.

to the airport after a late flight, the hotel is convenient, has a secured parking lot and spacious rooms

it s really cold in the hotel and the room. the wifi didn t worked in my room.
