friendly staff location relaxing pool and spa area! cool interior delicious food

enjoyed a great country walk, amazing food and a great day around the pool

fabulous service, gorgeous food, lovely pool/spa area

pool / water should be warm/ hot was tool cold

kitchen and bathroom were modern looked like they had been recently upgraded

worked very well because i belong to a bat group and we were doing netting and trapping at bath golf club which was only about 20 minutes away

location was great, the room was lovely, they gave us a room with a small kitchen as we weren’t having breakfast which was really kind of them and even let us check in

little kitchen area was very well equipped and the thought and care of leaving milk and tea coffee and

selection of meals where disapointing, but understandable since the kitchen was getting refurnished

is located in a golf club about 100 meters away and dinner serving finishes at 8 pm although a bar stays open late

supposed to have a restaurant at the golf club but it only did bar meals

beautiful grounds, lovely old house and a comfortable room. the honesty bar was a nice touch.

spa was great, with the best bit being the outdoor heated pool with

the spa facilities and outdoor heated pool

the pool area could use a little investment

hotel, though the outdoor pool is camera-free, which stopped us from taking good pictures

was a little chilly as you approached the indoor pool because of the opening to the outdoor pool

however if you are looking for a hotel with 24 hour service, swimming pool and spa this is not for you otherwise

all the staff were excellent, and the hotel has a lovely bar and courtyard and breakfast was delicious too

we did not use the bar and courtyard area, but this looked a very pleasant space

perfect location; great staff and accommodations. breakfast was a bonus!

location is excellent. very extensive cooked breakfast menu with quality ingredients.

spa pool an added bonus

i gave it 8 instead of 9 mainly because it doesn t have a gym or pool etc which i knew anyway but that s what would have made it stand out even more than it

the spa pool!

we really liked the honesty bar and the use of the hot tub for 7

wifi seemed poor or slow

the spa was lovely, just wish that we'd picked up that there is a gym as well as a pool there

upgraded which was amazing, the room was exceptional, we weren't able to book a slot to use the pool and the manager found a time where he could make it for our use exclusively

the spa and pool facilities are the best i ve been to

we loved the warm swimming pool, the warm, fresh scones with our champagne cream tea on his birthday,

swimming pool + hydrotherapy pools were both excellent as well as beautiful with the garden setting

range of outdoor activities excellent swimming pool and spa were luxurious

the facilities were excellent particularly enjoyed our swim in the pool

thing i say could be better is the time slots for childrens swimming in the indoor pool

facilities are very good although the indoor swimming pool and spa is getting a bit'tired'

location, lovely hotel inside and out, warm pool and jacuzzi and wet and dry sauna

tippee for my son and spa was really good especially tje outdoor heated swimming pool
