location was great, the room was lovely, they gave us a room with a small kitchen as we weren’t having breakfast which was really kind of them and even let us check in

worked very well because i belong to a bat group and we were doing netting and trapping at bath golf club which was only about 20 minutes away

little kitchen area was very well equipped and the thought and care of leaving milk and tea coffee and

kitchen and bathroom were modern looked like they had been recently upgraded

also nice healthcenter with indoor pool

pool area perhaps needs updating

excellent breakfast and superb dinner the pool and jacuzzi with a view attractive lounge, bar and terrace free entry to bowood house and

decor, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, wonderful spa & pool and the staff are really professional

we also made use of the pool, gym, steam room and spa treatments

we loved the warm swimming pool, the warm, fresh scones with our champagne cream tea on his birthday,

we very much enjoyed using the spa facilities especially the hydrotherapy pool and the steam room

everything but someone taking drinks orders by the pool or ordering via a qr so you didn t have to go back into the restaurant each time would be

swimming pool + hydrotherapy pools were both excellent as well as beautiful with the garden setting

the spa and pool facilities are the best i ve been to

to but still perfectly useful with everything you could need: outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pool, indoor hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room & plenty of seating indoors/outdoor

tub suite room 18 absolutely amazing private garden with hot tub then gate straight out to heated pool and spa we had room service breakfast we had ice bucket and glass bought to our suite for our

fabulous service, gorgeous food, lovely pool/spa area

was a little chilly as you approached the indoor pool because of the opening to the outdoor pool

the pool area could use a little investment

spa was great, with the best bit being the outdoor heated pool with

the pool, saunas and steam room. the location was amazing especially the park around.

the outside pool was beautifully heated and the facilities nice

however if you are looking for a hotel with 24 hour service, swimming pool and spa this is not for you otherwise

location is excellent. very extensive cooked breakfast menu with quality ingredients.

spa pool an added bonus

i gave it 8 instead of 9 mainly because it doesn t have a gym or pool etc which i knew anyway but that s what would have made it stand out even more than it

the spa pool!

wifi in my room on the top floor did not work

location - hotel just a 10-min walk from bath spa train station and located at bath city centre, so very close to restaurants, pubs and cafes;

spa is very relaxing with a pool , vitality pool , steam room and sauna

kids loved the pool and the huge grass area

pool - although when screaming children in there, not the optimum relaxing experience i was after

the spa was lovely, just wish that we'd picked up that there is a gym as well as a pool there

spa was very pleasant
