hiking trails, pool, gym, pickle ball courts, lots of nature right on the property (monkeys, toucan, horses, goats (+) we were given a flight of beers to try which was fun and enjoyed playing pool (-)no deck chairs around their fabulous pool (+)craft beer! beautiful view! swimming pool! good food! lovely staff! (+) great pool overlooking the lake with craft beer (+) pool, the view of the lake, the gym, and the little hot spa room (+) it is a convenient stop for us on our way to places like monteverde, has a swimming pool, great food and beer, pretty views and they've even added a nice hiking trail (+) nice pool, grounds, view of lake arenal and the bird watching (+) clean pool in the garden, free parking (+)kids had a lot of fun at the skate park, on the tennis court and in the pool

the view and the bar area. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was clean as well.

the kids watched the grinch on the projector screen, we stayed up late taking turns in the hot tub

the kids (7,8) loved to watch birds/pizotes, play some games and enjoy some of the activities nearby

mini bar and snacks were a great touch the owner (diego) was super friendly and gave amazing

got spoiled having breakfast served every other morning we were in costa rica

nothing really comes to mind. perhaps an upgrade on the beer in the mini bar :)

the hotel has many hidden treasures, like their wine bar by their lake, own garden and farm from which their food is sourced and their own beautiful

you all have your own table and chairs to sit out the front around the pool

also, no outdoor chairs by the cabin, so i may or may not have “borrowed” a couple from the pool area

so much to do by just exploring the grounds, relaxing by the pool or using the yoga deck

no neighbors, just pure peace and quiet in the middle of nature, with a private little plunge pool to cool off

we spend a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi overlooking mount arenal

breakfast was amazing and the activities at the lodge (horse riding, pool, trails, jacuzzi) were all spectacular

up at 5:45 am every day and hearing the birds chirping, seeing all the beautiful flowers by the pool and be surrounded by nature

there is an infinity pool and numerous jacuzzis to relax in

weather was a little cooler when i was there, but there is a nice pool (a little cool) and a jacuzzi

location, nice clean swimming pool jacuzzi, lovely garden volcano and lake views.

service at pool side restaurant was a little slow and there were not many vegetarian options.

the thermal pools are fairly small, their were enough that we had the a pool to ourselves the majority of the

luxury hotel with amazing thermal pool system, big rooms tastefully decorated with huge windows with an incredible view

the only thing we would have enjoyed is if there was a pool on the premises, at the end of a long day, it would have been nice to cool off in a pool,

kind of wish they had a pool to cool off on hot days, but otherwise i have absolutely no complaints

but the music was so loud and the music choices really distracted from the tranquility of the pool and gardens

we got room 259 which was very conveniently located close to the hot springs, pool and restaurants

each pool had a different temperature and the quality of the food was top notch

the upper infinity pool is a fave in the afternoon leading into happy hour

the different temperatures of hot springs and pool were great along with the swim up bar

the hotsprings were great, they split them among several pools and there's an infinity pool with a great view of the volcano

had a misunderstanding about pool / hot springs opening times and the reception handled it very good

the water in the main pool is amazing, but the water in the tent pool is boiling hot

it was easy to find pool loungers at all of the four pool options

we loved the room with the outdoor shower and private plunge pool on the front porch

there were many small pool areas which makes the resort seem private/luxurious

we upgraded because we wanted a private pool

plunge pool and deck were moderately exposed to the walking paths.
