the outdoor hydrotherapy pool was amazing

beautiful main building, gorgeous pool, beds comfy and clean.

breakfast was delicious with a very wide selection of food amazing staff, spa and swimming pool was lovely and very clean

bed was extremely comfy, shower very good, food fabulous and gym and swimming pool brilliant.

this is why i chose the village - because of the pool - but not sure my employer will allow me to book the more expensive room again

we liked having the mini bar option a very reasonably

i got good use of the swimming pool too

lovely pool and great area to relax with food and drink while the children play pool

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it

the pool was too cold

swimming pool does not have a hoist for disabled swimmers

like to be able to just go to the swimming pool directly from my room, but there was no robe in the closet for me to wear

spacious rooms, great location to matthew street, spa bath, great staff at hotel… and bar area

they have took away the bar from the hotel which is a pity as we wanted to have a drink and watch a football match

- the cocktail bar was advertised but wasn’t open while we were staying at the hotel

my husband and i were doing one night away from the kids in the city

so i felt incredibly comfortable sitting in the hotel bar for a drink

in the room, you will find a helpful folder explaining how to operate air conditioning/tv/spa bath/shower, etc

could be hand soap in the bathroom/toilet and a kettle in the kitchen

hot food available at breakfast because of kitchen issues, which hadn’t been advised to us before our visit

stay, the restaurant looked lovely but we didn't use it, pool was clean just a shame about the extra cost to use it

it s one of the very few hotels in liverpool with pool and spar facilities

complimentary happy birthday cake which was a nice touch :) we used the spa facilities for 20

unfortunately the pool is for over 18 only which was a bit dissapointing.

maybe if the rooftop pool had been open

of the city, everything is in walking distance, shopping in liverpool1, museums/ albert dock / bar restaurants

get early check in, after contacting through email, and phoning 3 times to ensure we had early check in

dirty sides no room service, breakfast was shocking no veggie options, staff rude

arrived early off the boat and the staff couldn't be more helpful in sorting us with breakfast and an early

great location, nice clean room. nice facilities. good bar and restaurant.

castaway bar is adjacent to the restaurant and is very comfortable to have a drink and a game of pool

no pool but no time to use it.

do like a hotel with a swimming pool, but you don't have one, it would be great if you did build one, but nevermind other then that

a selection off cocktails drinks and light meals was tucked away for a bit of fun be it a game of pool watching the tv or catching up with friends for a chat
