outdoor pool could have been in operation, but we were only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal

if it was slightly less damp weather we would have taken advantage of the sauna and plunge pool next to the room

it has no spa facilities, only in-room massages and a unheated plunge pool but it was great for pool-based lounging and the occasional cold dip on a hot day

spa facilities were good, however i don't think we realised that the pool was unheated till we got there

very little to comment here my only request would have been a heated swimming pool!

swimming pool is not accessible to children in normal hours, very early in the morning or late afternoon

we all enjoyed the swimming pool so much

bar area, restaurant, quiet sitting area, room for young kids to play, gym,pool, plenty of parking the list goes on

we were very excited the outdoor swimming pool was open and we were able to swim in the early evening in a 30 degree pool

the outdoor heated pool was lovely even though it was freezing outside heated at around 32c was just perfect

pool was closed for maintenance

and as the hotel did not offer bar snacks or room service, we ate out on the 2nd night

we ordered room service to enjoy a relaxing night and also amazing

beautiful room quiet amazing breakfast suburb steak for dinner lovely staff superb location room cleanliness amazing bathroom

really like breakfast , dilicious also looks like a picture

maybe the parking but understand they are limited.
