at a 5 star hotel, it's nice if mom can sit in a hot tub near the pool, but the only outdoor hot tub they offer is an expensive party space you have to rent by the

outdoor pool was warm and big fluffy robes provided once you emerged into the cold

enjoyed the meals, the pool, and the lovely common areas

we were very excited the outdoor swimming pool was open and we were able to swim in the early evening in a 30 degree pool

we had a queen balcony room and we absolutely loved it definitely booking again soon, the spa/pool was also very relaxing and clean, we got in both days for few hours each time

it has no spa facilities, only in-room massages and a unheated plunge pool but it was great for pool-based lounging and the occasional cold dip on a hot day
