was not very good, the heated pool wasn’t warm enough to swim

the pool was closed as there was a blizzard, but the hot tub (tiny) was open

the bathtub faucet couldn't switched on (we had to run the bath using the shower faucet), and the spa jet feature kept going off long after our baths were done
